As the Coordinator for Creative Talent Development & Inclusion (CTDI), Naurice Minor handles administrative tasks and duties to support the CTDI team as a whole, and tracks all active projects across DGE. Prior to joining the CTDI team, Naurice would liaise with agencies such as; UTA, WME, CAA & ICM Partners for collaborative events in the San Fernando Valley. Coming from a career in the events industry, Naurice has worked on a variety of large scale events such as concerts, lectures, festivals and social media events - working with talent such as, Anita Hill, Jesse Williams, Yara Shahidi, Lauren Ridloff, BLXST, Rini and many more!
Graduating from California State University Northridge with a B.A. in Cinema & Television Arts - Entertainment Media Management and minoring in Business Law, Naurice's professional pursuits led him to the CTDI Team, with a goal of changing the media landscape to reflect and encourage more talent and stories of color and other minority groups.
