CTDI’s Outreach Specialist of Talent Development & Strategy for the Creative Talent Development & Inclusion (CTDI) team, manages professional talent development strategy and outreach initiative efforts designed to propel writers, producers, directors and crew to their next level or opportunities across Disney Entertainment Television’s platforms.

OUTREACH & COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
The department has established strategic outreach efforts and foundational partnerships with designated community organizations that provide access to their creative talent.
National Hispanic Media Coalition’s writing program, the Muslim Public Affairs Council’s writing program, the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment’s writing and executive program, and the work we do with RespectAbility’s lab, in identifying creatives from disabled communities.
